The Villa is a recently completed 6 bedroom family villa, located on the south-western tip of the tropical island of Phuket. This luxury property offers 500sqm of indoor and outdoor living. It is set in a private development, situated in a peaceful valley, offering private jungle and valley views and a tranquil environment for large groups or 2 families. Most importantly, the villa is within easy walking distance (about 10 minutes) of Nai Harn lagoon and the stunning Nai Harn beach (often described as Phuket’s top beach).
The Villa’s accommodation consists of 6 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and air conditioning units. The bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 3 bedrooms with king sized beds, 2 bedrooms with twin single beds and 1 children’s room with single bunk beds - accommodating a maximum of 12 people.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms plus the main kitchen, dining table, living room and 50 inch TV (with dvds and cable TV) all opening onto the balcony and pool area. Downstairs also has 3 bedrooms plus a second living room with 42 inch TV, a kitchenette, and a large games room with sofas and a pool table to keep the children amused.
The upstairs bedrooms comprise the master bedroom suite with a king sized bed, walk-in wardrobes, wall safe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and corner bath. Sliding double doors take you onto a private balcony with open jungle and valley views. Also located upstairs is a second king sized bedroom and a third bedroom with twin beds. Bedrooms two and three share a large bathroom. All beds have crisp white cotton bed linen.
The downstairs bedrooms comprise another large bedroom with king sized bed, walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and corner bath. Also downstairs is bedroom five with twin beds and an ensuite, while bedroom six has single bunk beds suitable for young children.
The fully fitted luxury western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs.
The outside terrace offers plenty of under cover casual seating, four sunbeds and an infinity edged pool and spa jets.
The Villa offers an ipod docking station together with wireless internet access and landline telephone for those people who have to keep in touch with the rest of the world.
There is no-smoking inside at Pearl Villa, those guests wishing to do so are asked to please do so outside.
